All requests to turn water service on are processed on the next business day or later. Someone must be present at the location when the technician arrives as a signed work order is required in order for the services to be left in the "on" position. If a second visit is required for any reason, additional fees will apply. To process the request, please submit your state issued ID at the end of this form. Service on requests for business and commercial customers must be submitted by fax 251-281-2191 or via email to cs.info@mawss.com.
